1. Order Processing
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EET will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand. If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us and we will assist in locating it or reshipping your order.
