1. Our Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of the Trocador Electric Fluid & Oil Extractor. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

2. Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Products should be in resalable condition with all original components (6L storage drum, 3 extraction pipes, extension pipe, and 12V wiring).
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Items damaged through misuse or normal wear may not be eligible for a full refund.

3. How to Start a Return

1. Email support@trocador.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address provided.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
